WE MANUFACTURE IN CLEANROOMS

Our production takes place in cleanrooms: controlled environments designed to minimise the presence of particles, microorganisms and external contaminants.

Operating under these conditions enables us to ensure the highest levels of hygiene and formulation safety, protect the integrity of active ingredients and maintain consistently high quality standards.

Environmental conditions are monitored and maintained within strict parameters, allowing us to offer manufacturing standards aligned with the most advanced practices in the pharmaceutical industry.

WE USE PURIFIED WATER

Water is the main component of all cosmetic formulations. Its microbiological purity is essential to improving product quality.

We use water purified in accordance with European Pharmacopoeia standards as the basis of our formulations: an essential element in ensuring the quality, safety and reliability of the finished product. Our water undergoes advanced purification processes and continuous checks to remove impurities and contaminants while ensuring formulation stability and compatibility.

This process allows us to meet exceptionally high quality standards and is a distinguishing feature that contributes directly to the quality and efficacy of our formulations.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO SUSTAINABILITY

We use AAA-rated manufacturing equipment to reduce our environmental impact.

We recover water used to cool and heat our manufacturing equipment through a closed-loop system exclusive to Dasais Cosmetic Hub.

Our photovoltaic system enables us to generate our own energy sustainably.

Advanced technologies and production capacity.

Our Industry 4.0 turbo-emulsifiers and mixers, connected to the company network, ensure precise, reliable and fully monitored processes. Our scalable production ranges from 5 kg for testing and pilot development to 1,000 kg for standardised industrial batches.

Traceability and batch record management.

We maintain full control over every stage of production to ensure repeatability, consistent quality and long-term reliability. We produce accurate, comprehensive and detailed batch records for every batch, providing precise and rigorous traceability.

Sustainability and respect for the environment.

Our production incorporates sustainable solutions, including a heating and cooling water recirculation system that saves approximately 2,000 litres of water per day. In addition, our solar panels generate energy that covers an annual average of 50% of our own electricity needs, supporting a more responsible manufacturing model.

Full service, experience, expertise and 360° industrialisation.

We provide a full service that supports clients throughout the entire development journey: from product concept and formulation to industrialisation, including regulatory and commercial considerations. We also bring extensive experience in filling a variety of packaging formats, such as jars and tubes, and in cartoning cosmetic gift sets and treatments, with dedicated services including sleeve application, labelling and screen printing.
