Every machine is connected online and transmits data in real-time, guaranteeing absolute traceability and the utmost energy efficiency.
WE USE PHARMACEUTICAL-GRADE WATER
We use pharmaceutical-grade water to create superior cosmetics. Water is the primary element in all cosmetic formulations so it is vital that it is microbiologically pure in order to make the best product.
PRODUCTION TAKES PLACE IN CLEAN ROOMS
All our products are manufactured in contamination-controlled environments to ensure purity and safety. The Dasais ISO 6000 clean room meets the same standards as those required for the production of pharmaceuticals.
WE ARE SUSTAINABLE
We are Industry 4.0 and 5.0 We usetriple-A production facilities to reduce our environmental impact.

We recover cooling and heating water from production facilities with a closed-loop system exclusive to the Dasais Cosmetic Hub.

We use a photovoltaic panel system for autonomous and sustainable energy production.
